Due to the high volume of items we receive, we are unable to accept everything. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines.
Please note: all drop-offs must be made at our back door.
We welcome brands such as Adidas, American Eagle, Bench, Coach, Nike, and similar quality labels.
If you prefer to have any unaccepted items returned to you, please schedule an appointment with our staff. We can accommodate 1–2 bins or bags per appointment.
If you are comfortable with us donating any items we do not accept, you may drop off your items at any time during business hours—please ensure all drop-offs are brought to our back door. There is no limit on the quantity you may bring if you are opting for donation of unaccepted items.
Our team will price accepted items based on brand, condition, and style. Consignors receive 35% of the final sale price.
You will receive an email listing the items we accept along with their assigned prices.
Items remain on the sales floor until sold or for a maximum of 60 days. Earnings may be used for in-store purchases, cashed out, or transferred via e-transfer.
We will contact consignors once all items have sold or once the 60-day consignment period concludes. Inactive accounts with balances under $75 will have 90 days to claim funds before they are forfeited. Accounts remain active as long as items continue to be brought in.
Any items that remain unsold after the consignment period will be forfeited to the business and subsequently donated.
