 Hey there! Thanks for thinking about consigning your clothes and accessories with us. We'll give you 35% of the sale price excluding tax.

Just a heads up, we can't take everything because we get a ton of stuff. To help you out, follow these guidelines:

1. We're into new or gently used stuff for teens, young women, and young men like clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, and accessories.

2. Only brand new clothes for babies and toddlers.

3. Unopened perfumes, lotions, and makeup are cool.

4. Clothes need to be in great shape, current styles, and colors from the last 2-3 years, and for the current season. We take Fall/Winter between August to February and Spring/Summer February to August.

5. Avoid brands like Alia, Ann Taylor, Cleo, George, Laura, mySTYLE, Northern Reflection, Nygard, Ricki’s, TanJay, and others.

6. No men's suits or formal wear.

7. Zippers work, buttons are on, and everything is clean.

8. Freshly washed clothes without any odors.

9. No tears, holes, stains, or signs of wear.

10. Accessories, bags, and shoes should be like-new.

We like brands like Adidas, American Eagle, Bench, Coach, Nike, and more.

If you want us to return any items we don’t accept back, you need to schedule an appointment with our staff first. Please note, we can only accept 1-2 bins or bags during each appointment. If you are fine with us donating any items we do not accept, then feel free to drop your stuff off at our store (347 Clarence St.) Tuesday-Saturday from 10AM-4PM. 

Our team will price everything based on brand, condition, and style. Just remember, you get 35% of the sale price.

You'll get an email with a list of what we accept and the prices we'll set them at. 

Your stuff will stay with us until it sells or for up to 60 days. You can use your earnings to shop in our store, cash out, or do an e-transfer.

We will only communicate with consignors once all items have been sold or have exceeded the 60-day period. For inactive accounts with a balance of less than $75, you will have 90 days to claim your funds before they are forfeited to the business. If you continue to bring in items, your account will remain active, and your funds will stay in your account..

Any unsold items will be forfeited to the business and subsequently donated.
