Consignment Period & Price Reductions
The consignment period is 60 days and begins once your items are entered into our system, not on the day they are dropped off in store.
To help items sell, prices are automatically reduced as follows:
- Day 15: 25% reduction
- Day 30: 50% reduction
- Day 45: 75% reduction
If items remain unsold after the consignment period, they will be removed from the sales floor after 60 days (day 61) to make room for new inventory.
Sales & Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on sold items, so you are free to cash out as soon as your items sell.
You may call, text, or email us at any time during business hours to check your current balance.
If a customer brings an item to our attention with a stain, hole, or damage that was not noticed at intake, we reserve the right to reduce the price or remove the item from the sales floor at that time.
