 Due to the high volume of items we receive, we are selective about what we accept. Please review the guidelines below before bringing items in.

✔ New or gently used items for teens, young women, and young men, including:

• Clothing 
• Shoes 
• Bags 
• Jewelry & accessories 

✔ Unopened perfumes, lotions, and makeup

✔ Clothing must be:

• In excellent condition 
• From the last 2–3 years 
• Seasonally appropriate: 
  • Fall/Winter: August–February 
  • Spring/Summer: February–August
     

✖ Brands such as Alia, Ann Taylor, Cleo, George, Laura, mySTYLE, Northern Reflections, Nygard, Ricki’s, TanJay, and similar labels
✖ Men’s suits
✖ Children’s clothing
✖ Formal wear

All items must be:

• Clean & freshly washed 
• Free of odors 
• Free of stains, holes, tears, or wear 
• Fully functional (working zippers, attached buttons)
• Accessories, bags, and shoes must be like-new.

• 1–2 bins or bags per appointment 
• Existing consignors: sign in with your phone number (tap the three lines in the top corner) to avoid duplicate accounts

• You can use the back door 
• No limit on quantity when opting for donation
   

💲 Items are priced based on brand, condition, and style
💲 Consignors earn 35% of the final sale price
📧 You’ll receive an email with accepted items and prices

⏳ Items stay on the floor until sold or for up to 60 days

You can:

• Use earnings in-store 
• Cash out 
• Receive an e-transfer
   

📌 Unsold items after 60 days are forfeited and donated
📌 We’ll contact you once items sell or the period ends
📌 Inactive accounts under $75 have 90 days to claim funds
📌 Accounts stay active as long as items are brought in
